Seasonal availability
The Elche season starts in early August and runs in stages with the Smith, Tastem, Emek and Acco varieties, extending to January with the medium and long-keeping ones: Wonderful and Mollar. The Mollar de Elche, the flagship local variety, closes the season. This staggered planning supplies the professional channel for several months.
